Here’s an example of reusing existing artwork for branding purposes.

I redesigned the whole site for InterMountain Medical Clinic, with new headers for each department.

There was a request to redo the header from the site to print it on shirts for the staff. This is the original header. I knew it was going to be way to long, and the text would be too small on a shirt.

I rearranged the background to shorten the whole piece to fit on a shirt better. I still maintained the original background which I feel brands the clinic, since the mountain background has been used for so long.

It turned out to still be too long for their liking, so I took out the background and shortened it still. This allowed the text to be larger.

Then, in case the frame was too much, I also submitted just the text version, below.

I think the last one will look fine. What do you think?
